What We Collect
The information you give us - name, email address, shipping address, and phone number if you provide one - plus basic technical information your browser sends, such as IP address, device type and the pages you viewed.
Why We Collect It
To process and deliver your orders, to answer support requests, to detect fraud and abuse, and - only if you asked for them - to send marketing emails or texts.
Payment Information
Card details are collected and processed by our payment processor. They are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
Who We Share It With
Service providers who need it to do their job for us: payment processing, shipping carriers, email delivery and website hosting. We do not sell personal information. We disclose information to law enforcement only where legally required to.
Marketing and Opting Out
Marketing email and SMS are opt-in and stay opt-out-able. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and replying STOP to any text stops the texts. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about an order you placed.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the cart and checkout to function, and analytics cookies that tell us which pages get used. You can block cookies in your browser, though the cart will not work without the necessary ones.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Email [email protected] to exercise any of these. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Our products are not intended for anyone under 18.
