Terms of Sale
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch it, not when you click the button. We may decline or cancel an order - for example where an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error - and if we do, you are refunded in full.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax and shipping, both of which are shown at checkout before payment. Prices can change at any time, but never for an order already placed.
Promotional Pricing
Where a product shows a reduced price beside a higher struck-through price, the struck-through price is one the item was genuinely offered at. We do not display reference prices the product was never sold at.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. Full card numbers are never stored on our systems.
Cancellation
An order can be cancelled any time before it is dispatched. Once it has shipped, the process on our Shipping & Returns page applies instead.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms removes any statutory right you have as a consumer, including rights regarding goods that are faulty or not as described.
