Shipping & Returns
Where We Ship
The United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO boxes or to APO/FPO addresses at this time, and we do not ship internationally.
Processing and Delivery
Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day are processed the same day. Everything else goes out the next business day. Standard delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days from dispatch. Those windows are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout, before you pay, based on the destination. You will never be charged a shipping cost you did not see on the checkout page.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as the carrier scans the parcel. If tracking has not moved for five business days, contact us and we will open a trace or reship.
Returns
Unopened boxes can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Because this is a consumable, opened boxes cannot be resold and cannot be returned - but if a box is defective or arrived damaged, that is not a return, it is a replacement, and we will send one.
How to Start a Return
Email [email protected] with your order number before sending anything back. Returns received without prior contact take significantly longer to refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return arrives.
